By placing a reservation, signing a rental agreement, paying a deposit, or accepting delivery of rental equipment, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

RESERVATIONS

• A reservation is not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received and the order has been confirmed.

• Deposits are non-refundable once payment has been made and the reservation has been confirmed. Eligible credits will be issued only in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

• The remaining balance is due before or at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice until a reservation has been confirmed.

PAYMENTS

Brincabrincas El Pariente accepts payments via debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Union Pay, etc.), Zelle, and payment processing service (PayPal).

After payment is completed and the contract is signed, you will receive an email confirmation verifying your payment and a separate one confirming your order details.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer accepts full responsibility for all rented equipment from the time it is delivered or picked up until it has been returned to or retrieved by Brincabrincas El Pariente. 

The customer agrees to take reasonable precautions to secure all rental equipment during the rental period. Equipment should never be left unattended in public areas or unsecured overnight.

The customer is responsible for protecting all rental equipment from theft, vandalism, weather damage, misuse, negligence, and unauthorized use.

Any equipment that is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed while in the customer’s possession will be charged at the current repair or replacement cost.

Approximate replacement charges include, but are not limited to:

• Inflatables, Mechanical Bulls, Obstacle Courses, Waterslides, and Combo Units: Approximately $1,700 to $10,000, depending on the unit.

• 6′ Rectangular Table: $95.00 each

• Standard Beige or White Folding Chair: $22.00 each

Replacement costs for all other rental equipment and accessories will be determined at the time of inspection.

DELIVERY

An adult (18 years or older) must be present during delivery.

The customer must inspect and count all rental equipment with the delivery driver before signing or accepting the delivery.

Once the equipment has been accepted, the customer acknowledges that all equipment was received in satisfactory condition.

Our standard delivery service includes the setup and takedown of inflatables and tents only. Setup of tables, chairs, and other rental equipment is not included unless requested in advance and purchased as an additional service. 

The Customer is responsible for ensuring the setup area is clean, level, accessible, and free of vehicles, furniture, debris, pet waste, low-hanging branches, and other obstacles prior to our arrival.

Additional labor or delivery charges may apply if:

• access conditions were not disclosed,

• excessive waiting is required,

• elevators, stairs, or long walking distances are involved,

• equipment must be relocated after installation,

• access is restricted or obstructed.

If delivery or pickup is delayed because the customer is unavailable, has not prepared the setup area, has not made payment, or otherwise prevents timely service, additional labor, waiting time, or return-trip fees may be assessed. 

Brincabrincas El Pariente reserves the right to refuse delivery if the setup location is determined to be unsafe or inaccessible.

PICKUP

Rental equipment remains the responsibility of the customer until it has been picked up by Brincabrincas El Pariente.

Before pickup:

• Tables and chairs must be emptied, folded, and stacked.

• All decorations, food, beverages, tape, balloons, and personal belongings must be removed.

• Equipment should be placed in the same general location where it was delivered unless otherwise instructed.

Customers should inspect the pickup area before our crew leaves.

Brincabrincas El Pariente is not responsible for personal belongings accidentally left on or around rental equipment.

Any additional labor required because equipment is not ready for pickup may result in additional service charges.

Late returns or equipment not available at the scheduled pickup time may result in additional rental charges.

SELF PICKUP & CUSTOMER RETURN

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all self-pickup orders.

The remaining balance must be paid before equipment leaves our warehouse.

Customers are responsible for counting and inspecting all rental equipment before leaving.

Equipment may generally be picked up the day before the event or on the event day unless otherwise arranged.

All equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon return date and time.

Customers are encouraged to recount all rental items before returning them. Missing equipment, regardless of the reason, will be charged accordingly.

PARK & VENUE REQUIREMENTS

When rentals are scheduled at parks, public venues, or other non-private locations, the Customer is solely responsible for ensuring all site requirements are met prior to delivery.

The Customer is responsible for obtaining all required permits, reservations, approvals, or permissions required by the venue or local authority. Brincabrincas El Pariente is not responsible for denied permits, venue restrictions, or policy changes.

The Customer must confirm that inflatable and rental equipment is allowed at the selected location. If the venue prohibits setup, cancellation and payment policies will still apply.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring access to adequate electrical power and water if required. If power is not available, a generator must be rented. If water access is required for wet units, a functioning water source must be available.

EQUIPMENT USE & SAFETY

The Customer agrees to operate all rental equipment safely and only for its intended purpose.

A responsible adult must supervise all inflatables, waterslides, obstacle courses, mechanical bulls, and other interactive attractions at all times during operation.

The customer agrees that:

• Equipment shall not be moved after installation. Once installed, rental equipment may not be moved, relocated, or repositioned by the customer or any third party.

  Only Brincabrincas El Pariente employees or authorized representatives may move installed equipment.

• No modifications shall be made to the equipment. Blowers, extension cords, stakes, sandbags, and anchoring systems shall not be disconnected, removed, or tampered with.

• Shoes, food, drinks, gum, confetti, glitter, face paint, silly string, pets, sharp objects, smoking, vaping, and open flames are prohibited on inflatables.

• Unsafe behavior including flips, wrestling, climbing on walls or netting, or overcrowding is strictly prohibited.

• Equipment shall not be used if damaged or malfunctioning. The Customer must immediately discontinue use and notify Brincabrincas El Pariente.

WATER UNITS

For waterslides and other water attractions:

• Water must remain running while the inflatable blower is operating unless otherwise instructed.
• Participants must slide feet-first only.
• Climbing on slide walls or outside surfaces is prohibited.
• Standing or diving into splash pools is prohibited.
• Water pressure and water supply are the customer’s responsibility.

MECHANICAL BULL SAFETY

Participants should remove loose jewelry, hats, phones, keys, and other objects before riding.

Individuals who are pregnant or have neck, back, heart, or other medical conditions should not participate.

The customer assumes responsibility for ensuring participants meet all safety requirements.

EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION

If equipment malfunctions during the rental period, the customer must immediately stop using it and contact Brincabrincas El Pariente. Customers may not attempt repairs or modifications. We will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace the equipment if possible.

UNAUTHORIZED USE

Rental equipment is intended solely for the customer identified on the rental agreement and the event specified in the reservation.

Equipment may not be:

• Subleased or rented to another party.
• Transported to another location.
• Used for commercial purposes without prior written approval.
• Altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Brincabrincas El Pariente.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following are strictly prohibited on or near inflatable equipment:

• Shoes
• Food or beverages
• Gum
• Candy
• Silly string
• Confetti
• Glitter
• Face paint
• Sharp objects
• Glass containers
• Fireworks
• Smoking or vaping
• Pets

Any damage resulting from prohibited items may result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges.

UNDERGROUND UTILITES

The customer is responsible for informing Brincabrincas El Pariente of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, electrical lines, or other hidden hazards before installation. The company is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed underground utilities when staking equipment into the ground.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The customer understands that inflatable attractions, mechanical bulls, waterslides, obstacle courses, and other rental equipment involve inherent risks.

By accepting delivery or taking possession of the equipment, the customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with its use and agrees to supervise participants appropriately.

LIABILITY

Brincabrincas El Pariente is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from the customer’s use or misuse of rented equipment, except where caused by our own negligence or where otherwise required by applicable law.

The customer accepts responsibility for all persons using the equipment during the rental period.

Mechanical bull rentals do not include an operator unless specifically added to the reservation. Operating instructions will be provided to the customer.

CLEANING & DAMAGE

Rental equipment must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was delivered, excluding ordinary wear and tear.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Excessive cleaning

• Mud or standing water

• Food or beverage stains

• Animal waste

• Burns

• Tears or punctures

• Silly string residue

• Missing accessories

• Damage caused by improper use

ELECTRICAL & WATER REQUIREMENTS

The customer agrees to provide a dedicated electrical outlet within the required distance of each inflatable unless a generator has been rented.

For water attractions, the customer must provide a working water source and hose connection unless otherwise arranged.

Brincabrincas El Pariente is not responsible for interruptions caused by power outages, tripped breakers, insufficient electrical service, lack of water, or customer-supplied equipment.

WEATHER POLICY

For the safety of all participants, inflatables and mechanical bulls must not be operated during high winds, rain, lightning, severe weather, or any unsafe conditions.

Customers are responsible for discontinuing use immediately if unsafe weather develops.

Brincabrincas El Pariente reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel delivery if weather conditions create an unsafe environment for installation or operation.

While we understand that weather is beyond anyone’s control, rain or other unfavorable weather conditions do not qualify for a refund, discount, or reduction in rental charges once equipment has been delivered. Inclement weather substantially increases the labor, transportation, and cleaning required to service each rental.

Customers are encouraged to monitor weather conditions and notify Brincabrincas El Pariente as early as possible if they wish to modify or cancel their reservation in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Any changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Brincabrincas El Pariente reserves the right to refuse delivery, setup, or continued rental if conditions are unsafe, payment has not been completed, or customers fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

PHOTO RELEASE

Brincabrincas El Pariente may photograph rental equipment before, during, or after installation for documentation, quality assurance, insurance purposes, or marketing. Customer privacy will be respected, and identifiable images of guests will not be used for promotional purposes without permission.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from rental equipment before pickup.

Brincabrincas El Pariente is not responsible for any items left behind, misplaced, or inadvertently collected during pickup. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the area before our crew departs.

ACTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Brincabrincas El Pariente shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, government orders, labor shortages, utility outages, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, the customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brincabrincas El Pariente, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of the customer’s possession, use, misuse, or operation of the rental equipment, except to the extent caused by Brincabrincas El Pariente’s own negligence or willful misconduct, or as otherwise required by applicable law..

ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT

The customer agrees that an electronic signature, online acceptance, or payment of the required deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and shall have the same legal effect as an original handwritten signature.

GENERAL TERMS

Brincabrincas El Pariente reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the rental agreement, invoice, cancellation policy, and any signed liability waiver, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Brincabrincas El Pariente and supersede all prior verbal or written communications relating to the rental.
