DELIVERY POLICY & INFORMATION

Brincabrincas El Pariente is committed to delivering your rental equipment on time and in excellent condition. Please review the following delivery requirements:

DELIVERY WINDOW

Delivery and pickup times are scheduled based on our route for the day. While customers may request preferred delivery or pickup times, they are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery time has been arranged and confirmed in advance.

Our team will contact you if necessary regarding your delivery or pickup.

CUSTOMER PRESENCE

An adult (18 years or older) must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the equipment, review the rental agreement if needed, and pay any remaining balance before setup is completed.

If no responsible adult is present upon arrival, our driver may continue with other scheduled deliveries. Additional delivery or rescheduling fees may apply if we are required to return.

SITE ACCESSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for ensuring the setup area is clean, level, and free of debris, pet waste, vehicles, furniture, low-hanging branches, or any other obstacles before our arrival.

Please notify us before your event if the setup location includes:

  • Stairs

  • Long walking distances

  • Narrow gates or pathways

  • Sand, gravel, or uneven terrain

  • Rooftops or elevated areas

  • Parks or public venues

  • Any other unusual access conditions

Additional labor or special setup fees may apply if these conditions were not disclosed when the reservation was made.

UTILITIES

The customer is responsible for providing a dedicated electrical outlet within the required distance of the inflatable unless a generator has been rented. For water attractions, the customer must provide a working water source and hose connection unless otherwise arranged.

DELIVERY REFUSAL

For the safety of our customers and staff, Brincabrincas El Pariente reserves the right to refuse delivery or setup if:

  • The setup area is unsafe or inaccessible.

  • The equipment cannot be properly secured.

  • Required utilities are unavailable.

  • Weather conditions create unsafe operating conditions.

  • The remaining balance has not been paid.

  • The setup location differs significantly from the information provided during booking.

If delivery cannot be completed for any of these reasons, cancellation and payment policies will still apply.

PICKUP

Please ensure all rental equipment is ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Tables and chairs must be folded and stacked, and all personal belongings, decorations, food, beverages, and trash must be removed from all rental equipment.

Customers should not attempt to dismantle or move inflatables or tents unless instructed by Brincabrincas El Pariente.

DELAYED PICKUPS

Pickup times may vary depending on our route. Customers are responsible for the equipment until it has been picked up by our staff. Equipment should not be used after the agreed rental period unless prior approval has been obtained.

CUSTOMER DELAYS

If our crew is delayed due to restricted access, customer unavailability, site conditions, or other circumstances within the customer’s control, additional labor, waiting time, or return trip fees may apply.
